Organization Settings

The Organization Settings page is where all global settings affecting the entire organization are managed. Access it from the sidebar under Settings > Organization.

Profile Settings​

Configure the following organization-level profile fields:

  • Name — your organization's display name
  • Email — primary contact email for the organization
  • Phone — contact phone number
  • Website — your organization's website URL
  • Logo — upload and crop an organization logo

Profile details (name, logo, email, phone, website) are included in whitelabel prospection reports. Fill these out before generating reports for clients.

Email Notification Settings​

Control which email notifications are sent to members of your organization. Available notification types:

All notification types are enabled by default. Individual users cannot manage notification preferences themselves, but they can unsubscribe from individual notification emails.

Danger Zone — Delete Organization​

At the bottom of the Organization Settings page is a Danger Zone section with the option to permanently delete your organization.

Deleting your organization is permanent and irreversible. This action will:

  • Delete all monitored domains and their DMARC report history
  • Remove all team members from the organization
  • Cancel any active billing subscriptions
  • Delete all PSA integration configurations
  • Remove all hosted DNS records (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS)
  • Delete all groups, scheduled reports, and whitelabel configurations

You will be signed out immediately after deletion.

To delete your organization:

  1. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click Delete Organization.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE FOREVER exactly as shown.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Only users with the organization delete permission can perform this action.
