The Billing page lets you manage your subscription, understand usage, and view invoices.
Plans

| IT teams | A flat monthly price based on your monthly email volume: $19 (up to 100K emails / month), $29 (up to 250K), $59 (up to 500K), or $99 (up to 1M). Annual billing saves 20%. All of your organization's domains are included. Sending more than 1M emails a month? Talk to sales. |
| MSP | Per client domain, with volume pricing that drops as your portfolio grows. Client domains are never metered on email volume. |

Subscription
View your renewal dates and subscription status. The Manage Subscriptions button redirects to the billing portal where you can change your payment method and manage other subscription details. On the IT teams plan, this section also shows your email-volume tier and billing interval.

Invoices
Redirects to the billing portal for your full invoice history.
Cancel Subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops all monitoring, hosted DNS management, and PSA integrations for your organization. Hosted DNS records (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS) managed by Palisade will stop being served — make sure to recreate any critical records directly in your DNS provider before cancelling, or your domains will lose their email authentication configuration.
If you only need to reduce costs, consider parking unused domains instead of cancelling entirely. Parked domains do not count toward billing but remain in your account for easy reactivation.
