The Billing page lets you manage your subscription, understand usage, and view invoices.
Plans

| Free | $0 — one domain, up to 1,000 emails / month. No longer offered. New sign-ups start a 15-day trial with a card, and a trial that ends without a plan chooses a paid one. Organizations already on Free keep it. |
| IT teams | A flat monthly price. Your monthly email volume and the number of domains you set up together decide which tier fits: $19 (up to 100K emails / month, 2 set-up domains), $29 (up to 250K, 3 set-up domains), $59 (up to 500K, 6 set-up domains), $99 (up to 1M, 10 set-up domains), or $249 (up to 2.5M, 20 set-up domains). Choose the tier that covers both. Palisade recommends one from your actual usage, and during a trial moves you onto it for you, unless a payment method has been added or you have picked a tier yourself. Annual billing saves 20%. Domains you have added but not set up do not count toward the domain figure. Need more volume or more set-up domains than the top tier? Talk to sales. |
| MSP | Per client domain, with volume pricing that drops as your portfolio grows. Client domains are never metered on email volume. MSP plans have a $45 monthly minimum, which covers the first 5 billable client domains; your own NFR domain is free on top, and the per-domain rate is set by your total domain count. Plans that started before September 28, 2026 with fewer than 5 billable domains keep no minimum. |

Subscription
View your renewal dates and subscription status. The Manage Subscriptions button redirects to the billing portal where you can change your payment method and manage other subscription details. On the IT teams plan, this section also shows your email-volume tier and billing interval.

Invoices
Redirects to the billing portal for your full invoice history.
Cancel Subscription
Cancelling your subscription stops all monitoring, hosted DNS management, and PSA integrations for your organization. Hosted DNS records (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS) managed by Palisade will stop being served — make sure to recreate any critical records directly in your DNS provider before cancelling, or your domains will lose their email authentication configuration.
If you only need to reduce costs, consider parking unused domains instead of cancelling entirely. Parked domains remain in your account for easy reactivation, and are not billed on per-domain (MSP) plans. On the IT teams plan, parking does not change your set-up domain figure: a domain that is still passing its setup checks keeps counting toward it. That figure only affects the tier Palisade recommends, and the tier it fits you to automatically during a card-free trial. Deleting a domain removes it from the figure.
