Groups
Groups let you organize your monitored domains into logical collections. Use them to segment domains by client, business unit, risk level, or any other criteria that makes sense for your workflow.
Creating a Group
- Navigate to Groups in the sidebar.
- Click Create Group.
- Enter a name for the group.
- Save.
You can also create groups on the fly when assigning a domain to a group from the Domain Overview gear menu.
Viewing Groups
The Groups list page shows all your groups in a table with:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Group Name | The name of the group |
| Domains | Number of domains in the group |
| Compliance | Aggregate compliance metrics across all domains in the group |
Use the search bar to filter groups by name.
Assigning Domains to Groups
There are two ways to assign a domain to a group:
- From the Domain Overview page — open the gear menu and select Change Group
- From the Domains list — select domains and use bulk actions to assign them to a group
A domain can belong to one group at a time. Changing a domain's group removes it from its previous group.
Editing a Group
Click on a group name to open it. From here you can:
- Rename the group — update the group name
- View member domains — see all domains assigned to this group
- Delete the group — remove the group (domains are unassigned, not deleted)
Use Cases
- MSP client segmentation — one group per client for easy reporting and management
- Risk prioritization — group domains by DMARC enforcement stage (monitoring, quarantine, reject)
- Department organization — separate marketing, corporate, and transactional domains
- Regional grouping — organize by geography or business region
Filtering by Group
On the Domains page, you can filter the domain list by group to focus on a specific set of domains.
