Manage DMARC Page
The Manage DMARC page simplifies generating and managing DMARC records. It provides direct control over policy settings for your domain.
Domain Status
Displays key information about your domain's current DMARC configuration:
- Primary Domain
- DNS Managed by -- Palisade or externally
- Policy -- current DMARC policy
- Volume -- email volume
- DMARC Percentage -- enforcement percentage
DMARC Record
Shows the currently configured DMARC record with a copy button for easy use.
DMARC Policy Control
Adjust your DMARC enforcement level using the policy slider:
- None -- monitor only, no enforcement
- Quarantine -- suspicious messages sent to spam
- Reject -- unauthorized messages are rejected
Additional controls include:
- Advanced Options -- fine-tune policy settings
- Reset / Update buttons -- revert or apply changes
- Diff preview -- see exactly what will change before applying
Reporting Options
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Recipients (rua) | Email addresses that receive aggregate DMARC reports |
| Policy | The DMARC policy to apply |
| Enforcement Percentage | Controls what percentage (0--100%) of messages the policy applies to |
| Subdomain Policy | Separate policy for subdomains |
| Alignment Mode | Strict DKIM and/or SPF alignment |
Why no ruf (forensic reports)?
Forensic reports (ruf) are deprecated. Most email providers have stopped sending them due to PII (personally identifiable information) concerns. Palisade does not include ruf configuration as a result.
