Manage DMARC Page

The Manage DMARC page simplifies generating and managing DMARC records. It provides direct control over policy settings for your domain.

Domain Status

Displays key information about your domain's current DMARC configuration:

  • Primary Domain
  • DNS Managed by -- Palisade or externally
  • Policy -- current DMARC policy
  • Volume -- email volume
  • DMARC Percentage -- enforcement percentage

DMARC Record

Shows the currently configured DMARC record with a copy button for easy use.

DMARC Policy Control

Adjust your DMARC enforcement level using the policy slider:

  • None -- monitor only, no enforcement
  • Quarantine -- suspicious messages sent to spam
  • Reject -- unauthorized messages are rejected

Additional controls include:

  • Advanced Options -- fine-tune policy settings
  • Reset / Update buttons -- revert or apply changes
  • Diff preview -- see exactly what will change before applying

Reporting Options

SettingDescription
Recipients (rua)Email addresses that receive aggregate DMARC reports
PolicyThe DMARC policy to apply
Enforcement PercentageControls what percentage (0--100%) of messages the policy applies to
Subdomain PolicySeparate policy for subdomains

Why no ruf (forensic reports)?

Forensic reports (ruf) are deprecated. Most email providers have stopped sending them due to PII (personally identifiable information) concerns. Palisade does not include ruf configuration as a result.
