Domain Overview Page
The Domain Overview page provides centralized visibility into a domain's email authentication and compliance status. It highlights DMARC Agent activity, which automatically analyzes incoming DMARC reports.
DMARC Agent and Tickets
The DMARC Agent creates detection and remediation tickets for:
- New or unknown sending sources
- Authentication and alignment errors
- Policy configuration gaps
- Common DNS issues
- Enforcement milestones
Each ticket includes:
- Title and description of the issue
- Score impact — how it affects your domain score
- Severity level
- Created date
- Status
Known Senders
Recognized email sources that have been detected and verified. This section displays:
- Sender name/IP
- Message count (past 14 days)
- Source classification
For a detailed breakdown, open the Senders List from the gear menu.
Email Activity Graph
A visual representation of your domain's compliance status. The graph categorizes email activity into the following types, which also serve as filters:
- Compliant — messages passing authentication
- Failed — messages failing authentication
- Unknown — messages with indeterminate results
- Forwarded — messages identified as forwarded
