Adding Domains in Bulk

Import multiple domains at once using a CSV file.

Steps​

  1. Navigate to the Domains page.
  2. Click Add Domains and select Bulk Import.
  3. Upload your CSV file by dragging and dropping it onto the upload area, or click Browse to select a file from your computer. A downloadable CSV template is available to ensure correct formatting.
  4. Click Submit to process the file.
  5. Review the imported domains and confirm group assignments for each domain.
  6. Click Done to finalize the import.

Tips​

CSV Formatting​

  • Use the provided CSV template to ensure your file is formatted correctly.
  • Each row should contain one domain name.
  • Optionally include a group column to pre-assign domains to groups during import.

Group Assignments​

  • Assigning domains to groups during import makes it easier to manage and filter large domain lists.
  • You can change group assignments later from the Domains page.

For MSPs, assign domains to client-specific groups during import. This makes it easy to filter, report, and manage access per client from day one. Reorganizing hundreds of domains later is tedious.
