Prioritizing by Ticket Count

Use ticket counts to prioritize which domains need the most attention based on real-world email authentication data.

How to Prioritize

On the Domains page, sort by Status (the default sort order). This surfaces domains with the most active tickets at the top of the list.

  1. Find the domains with the highest ticket count.
  2. Click on a domain to go to the Domain Overview page.
  3. Review the tickets to understand what authentication issues have been detected and take action.

Some email services send messages periodically (e.g., weekly digests, monthly newsletters). Tickets related to these services may appear over time as new DMARC reports are processed. Check back regularly for new tickets.

Tips

  • Filter and sort -- Use group filters to narrow the list to a specific client before reviewing ticket counts.
  • Hover for tooltips -- Hover over a domain's status indicators to see a summary of active tickets and their severity.
